Owner and Executive Chef of Clubhouse Cuisine, Faisal Sultani boasts a 20-year career in the kitchen and is known as a culinary innovator for producing top quality, creative food in a laid back environment.

Sultani has contributed to the success of some of the country’s top kitchens including Marcels (DC), Becks (DC), Paradise Grill (San Diego), Neyla (DC), Teatro Goldoni (DC), Vidalia (DC), The Crazy Olive (Miami), Rouge (Orlando) and the Mercer Kitchen (NYC).

Trained in many culinary cuisines ranging from Asian, French, Italian, American, and Middle Eastern, Sultani is committed to creating a memorable dining experience for all clients with a passion for flawless food and service.

His proven ability to spearhead fine dining restaurants with superior leadership, coaching, and team building skills lead up to his a fun career highlight as Chef for the Washington Nationals Clubhouse. During his four seasons with the Nationals Sultani prepared daily meals for the players strictly for the Clubhouse at Nationals Park in Washington, DC. As Chef for professional athletes he adheres to daily strict dietary plans to keep the team at peak performance.

Chef’s position with the Washington Nationals lead to many private Chef positions with many for Major League Baseball players including Adam LaRoche and his family at their private compound in Kansas, Jordan Zimmermann at his home as the family’s private Chef in Wisconsin as well as teaching cooking lessons.  He was also the private Chef for Jayson Werth and his family for several spring training trips and private parties as well as Stephen Strasburg and Kurt Suzuki, two California natives.

Now fully devoted to his West Coast operation located in both West Hollywood, CA and Ventura, CA, with his wife and their two twin daughters, Sultani and Clubhouse Cuisine are available for catering, cooking classes, event services, private chef services, weddings, food delivery, menu development, and consulting to a wide range of clients, from professional athletes and celebrities to your dinner table, corporate function, wedding, or studio craft service selections.
